acidity that also is a problem. In order to obtain a good sleep avoid the use of
rich food during late hours and do not use alcoholic drinks. Eating proteins and
some amount of carbohydrates helps you to regulate your blood sugar. So if you are
following a balanced diet then the problem of insomnia can be cured to some
extend.
Another reason for
insomnia is the way of sleeping many people follows. Most people sleep in odd
hours, that is they may stay awake for many hours at night and would get up very
late. This will affect the natural cycle of sleep. This is why a snoring solution is so important. To
escape from this you have to set a routine for yourself. You can do things like
listening to music, taking bath, or read a good book. But always do these things
before bedtime.
Use your bedroom
only for sleeping. Do not use things like television, books, games etc. in your

worsen things more. It can make you stay awake. Easing up your mind is a good
exercise for a good sleep. Always think pleasant things and try stretching up your
