Dealing With Sleep Deprivation
Many people
have a hard time dealing with symptoms of sleep deprivation. I don't mean the
physical or mental aspect of it either, I’m talking about the real root of the
problem people have a hard time pin-pointing the problems.
Symptoms can be
mild to severe. It may take some time before a certain individual would realize
that they have a real problem. Going unchecked this can affect your health and not
in a good way either, which is more than good enough reason for you to know what's
going on with your body anyways.
The first symptom
people may notice about the snoring
solution right away is the most obvious. It's what most
people feel all-day, the lack of energy, of course the drowsiness and the feeling
of being tired. You may also be irritable and that is never a good
thing.
Understand many
people may feel tired all the time so this may not be a good indicator on if
someone has a sleeping disorder. There are many other reasons that your body can
feel tired. When we talk about sleep deprivation problems we are talking about the
patterns or the irregular sleeping times.
Ask yourself this,
"when did i first start not sleeping well?" Stress may be the #1 answer to that.
When stress starts, your sleeping pattern tends to change immediately from good to
bad. This is true for many people. If you can pin-point a time when your stress
level was raised, this may very well be the cause, in which case the best cure,
ideally, is to remove the root of the problem.
As we all know this
may not be totally possible or practical. Falling asleep in the day-time can also
mean that you have a medical condition. You have to figure if it’s because you
aren’t sleeping properly that is making you tired or because you’re not sleeping
well.
If you’re not
sleeping properly you have to figure how often, how regularly or either how long
you sleep. If you think that you have a medical condition or just plain don’t know
the best advice is to get medical advice from a doctor.
Being tired and
drowsy can be fatal. Not paying attention at when you’re at your job or even worse
when you’re behind the wheel of a car, you can put your life and other people’s
lives at risk. This brings me to another indicator of over-tiredness which is
clumsiness or the lack of balance.
I am not talking
about the accident prone individuals. Everyone else should look into the symptom if
you’re not normally accident prone it may be sleep deprivation.
