occurs in deep sleep when your muscles of the palate, the uvula and tonsils
get relaxed. When we breathe, there is a vibrating effect which causes snoring
sound.
This vibration of
the sir is caused due to the narrowing down of our throat and related organs There
are many causes of snoring and its effect varies from person to person. We can
analyze few causes of snoring.
The important cause
may be; Obesity:Obese people have greater chances to get into breathing
difficulties while asleep which causes snoring
solution. Persons with sleeping apnea also are at the risk of
snoring tendencies. Palatal flutter can be another cause of the snoring in persons
who have soft and larger palate functions.
There are many
types of snoring depending on the persons built up and life style. Adult men are
more prone to snoring than women of their age. Although the thin persons also
snore, snoring is common phenomena in people with obesity.

snoring types are the following Tongue based snoring is caused due to the dropping
of tongue while sleep causing low air flow due to week muscles and structures of
throat and tongue.
Such people will
produce loud voice while snoring while sleeping on their back Nasal Snoring is seen
among people who breathe by mouth while they sleep because there is less air flow
through their nose due to various blocks or disturbances in their nostrils. While
the breathing process takes place through the mouth the person tend to produce
noises too.
This can be
prevented to a grater extend by removing blocks in the nasal functions. Mouth
Snoring is another phenomenon when persons tend to breath through mouth and
produces vibrating sounds in their breathing. Here there is hard breathing process
takes place. Automatically the person begins to snore.
Palatal flutter: It
is a common snoring type caused due to the vibrations at the throat from palate and
uvula tissues There are many reasons behind each of these snoring effects. The
causes and features depend on the person’s individual setup and body
building.
Hence the solution
to this problem should be sought specifically for each person. As there are various
reasons for snoring there are also various solutions depending on its intensity,
difficulties caused and the mental and physical disposition of each one. First and
foremost we need to find the type and reasons regarding the snoring and the
solution to it will be specific and easily manageable.
